Changing the Built Environment
Our design teams at Beecher Walker recognize our responsibility to design buildings that are conscious of the natural environments in which they are built, and responsive to the various climatic influences. However, sustainability does not always have to mean increased project cost. Thanksgiving Park is an eight building LEED™ Silver Certified complex. This 744,000 square foot campus consists of 5 office buildings and 3 retail buildings.
201 Commerce Center is a twenty building, 1.6 million square foot Flex Tech Park that includes office, retail and warehouse. The entire complex is LEED™ Silver Certified.
