The goal for Colliers’ new office interior was to be modern and inviting to clients and guests, as well as a stimulating and comfortable working environment for all. To achieve this, the existing 5th floor (top floor) space in Millrock Office Park was fully demolished except for core and shell and replaced by a new way of working and collaborating with amenities such as an Augmented Reality (AR) technology room, reception drinks station, team and individual focus rooms, collaboration spaces, large print center, wellness room, kitted out break room and updated restrooms.
