Holladay Hills Block D

Holladay Hills is a 58-acre mixed-use project located at the former Cottonwood Mall site in Holladay, Utah. Developed by Woodbury Corporation, Millrock Capital, LLC and Ball Ventures, the three owners consider this a legacy project, which will include living and office space, along with dining, shopping, entertainment options and a central park for gatherings. Designed by Beecher Walker Architects in collaboration with Woodbury Corporation’s design team, the first phase breaking ground is “Block D”, a luxury five story residential apartment building topped with condominiums, complete with lifestyle amenities deck and ground level retail.
