Minuteman V

Minuteman Office Plaza V is the latest of five Class A Office buildings to join Minuteman office park in Draper, Utah. The first Minuteman office building was designed and constructed approximately 15 years ago. When designing the 130,000 square foot, five story Building V, we knew the design needed to relate to the other buildings in the park as there was a common design language used among all of them over the years but be a more modern interpretation in aesthetics, amenities and energy efficiency–all things that appeal to prospective technology company tenants. In fact, Minuteman V is a modernized, sleek evolution of the classic Minuteman Office Plaza design and has an employee gym with four showers and sports four balconies on the 5th floor to take in the expansive views of the Wasatch range and valley. In addition, Minuteman V is currently seeking a LEED Silver rating in part due to its rooftop solar system, LED efficient fixtures, water reduction initiatives and availability of electric vehicle charging stations and fuel-efficient vehicle preferred parking.
