Porcupine Pub & Grille

Originally Salt Lake Historic Fire Station No. 8 operational from 1931-1980, this 17 month renovation was ambitious to say the least. Starting with a very “compromised” building presented a lot of challenges, but the goal was to preserve this landmark so current and future generations could appreciate its architectural beauty, while giving the local University community another chic dining option.
