In architecture, each creation starts with a story. Draper Warehouse’s “story” was that it was a historical building that was renovated, modernized and repurposed into office space, even though in actuality the building is new. All metal, both inside and out, including fire escape stairs was left outside to age and rust then clear coated to preserve their “aged” look.
