Strategic Builders (Owner/Client and subsidiary of parent JF Capital) was looking to create a unique new corporate office that would be the face of their company for years to come. The goal was to create a new headquarters to showcase what they as general contractors could do and in effect be a marketing tool in their new business efforts. The community heretofore had been lacking a more modern design aesthetic for office, so designing such a building in Centerville definitely filled a void for those companies looking to lease space in a more progressive building, while maintaining the natural tones of the surrounding buildings and area. The use of glass and unusual materials that had not been regularly used in the area made the building a stand-out, resulting in the remaining space at the property being nearly fully leased at completion.
